I don't really know when it was built, but must be quite new, i think i's quite versatile for features it has, two channels and just one equaliser but once you change channel, you can tweek it up and the previous channel setting remain unaffected, mono effects loop and footswitch jack,if i forgot somthing you'll find it for sure in other reviews, oh!, very important all valves, handwired and stock jj valves 2 ECC83 in the preamp and 4 EL84 in the power amp
Sound Quality: 10
I use a Gibson LP custom with standard pick ups and a Ibanez SZ-520GAB (an amazing guitar but stock p-ups are just rubbish, i'll change them soon), back to the head, it fits my style very well, kindda classic alternative rock with lots of gain :-), i play jazz jazz as well, it's not a noisy amp at all and the sounds are just amazingly stunning and sick not to mention the price i got it for, it was not that easy to get a really clean sound at the beggining, but WHOAA!! once you get it you'll just got to love it and adding a little gain, still in the clean channel in crunches just beautiful. And then the gain channel, nothing i can say makes honor to the magnificence if it, it belongs to the very highest level, advice: get it now before everybody realise how good it is and the price rises to the sky
Reliability: 8
i think i can depend on it, but due to the fact that is a valve amp i'll bee using a back up, despite i don't really think i'll get to use it, but safe ,is safe. Seems robust and built to last
Customer Support: 9
I read a lot of reviews and information before i got it, a sent a couple of e-mails to the manufacturer (in Poland) and got very quick and helpful answers, with a not excellent command of english, but with an open mind and imagination not that difficult to understand ;-)
Overall Rating: 10
i have been playing for over 18 years and owned lots of equipment, and despite marshall heads and my ADA preamp i wasn't always raelly satisfied, Mesa sounds amazing but it's not my sound and Engl or other boutique stuff, is simply too expensive, if it were stolen most probably i would try another.
i almost forgot, when i just got got it, i was quite disappointed i runned trough a Trace Elliot Cabinet, big mistake, then i got a Marshall 1960 lead with G12T-75's and it was like awakening from a terrible nightmare to see the shinning sun ina beatiful day, so it's recomendable to use a good cabinet, at Laboga they recomend one with loudspeakers celestion vintage 30 like in their own cabinets
