Of course I haven't tried anything yet, but it sounds to me like you may run the risk of making a pedal board with "hidden features" that can take an unaware player by surprise. Nothing worse like something like that happening live on stage...
I can understand that for some people who will start with a pedal pro with all this kind of additions it can be a little overwhelming, but I am confident in Max's skills to make this work in a logical way.
Would be nice to 'bypass' the tap tempo the way he describes.

At the moment, I bypass the tap tempo by closing the ades connection, and opening it again. Works, but it is a dirty solution :-)
