That's OK. The purpose of any gasket is to form fit around any
surface irregularities. So, after a couple of days, the gasket will
form around the beam end and then you will have the seal. Keep in
mind, we have sold over 5000 of the beam blockers, many to amp
manufacturers and they not only understand this, they are using them
without any problems at all.

Yikes.... !!!! you have tightened the nuts WAY too tight if you
bent the rim of the speaker.
