Kramp is sowieso nooit goed als je gitaar speelt. Opwarmingsoefeningen kunnen wel helpen:

Verzin gerust zelf variaties op dit thema en verschuif ze ook gerust naar een positie waarin je hand het minst gespannen is. Ik begin meestal met 6-7-8-9 en werk dan zo naar de kam toe om de stretching van mijn vingers geleidelijk aan op te voeren.
Tegelijk kan je ook je alternate picking oefenen ;-)
