Ambitious starting band in Nijmegen (now consisting of acoustic/electrical guitarist-composer, a drummer ,a bassist and synths & samples player => all aged 30-plus) with more than 10 years of song writing, band and live experience are looking for a creative, professionally minded electrical guitarist with a good second voice....

Musical style can be described as eclectic pop/rock with an edge, but with the focus on strong songs....Our goal is to master and perfect the already composed and demo-ed songs and be ready for the stage in as short a time as possible, by means of 1 rehearsal a week (3 per month). Hopefully this will result in about 25/50 gigs a year.

In a guitarplayer we would like to see someone who can easily switch between rhythm & "lead" (don't want to overestimate the solo-part), but also someone who can add an atmospheric feel with appropriate effects when necessary. Real life examples would be Johnny Greenwood (Radiohead), Nels Cline (Wilco) or The Edge (U2). Once again: a second voice is a Must!

Sound samples of the compositions we will be working on can be listened on: www.myspace.com/maximmaas

Rehearsals will start in the first week of December near Nijmegen on Friday evening.

If you’re interested please contact Maxim Maas on: maximmaas@gmail.com

We are looking forward to meeting you.
