Standard of standard antique

Goedendag allemaal,

ik ben benieuwd wat precies het verschil is tussen de Les Paul standard en de Les Paul Standard Antique. Er is een duidelijk prijsverschil, dus ik verwacht ook een kwaliteitsverschil, of valt dat allemaal mee? En is de antique er ook met de jaren 50 neck?

Ik zit eraan te denken Seymour Duncan Alnico II pro pickups erin te douwen (ik lijk lang niet de enige te zijn), dus als dat 1 van de verschillen is valt dat al mee ;)

Ik heb eerlijk gezegd nog nooit van standard antique gehoord...
Ben net even op de Gibson site gaan kijken en zie daar ook geen standard antique staan. Natuurlijk wel classic antique, maar die zal je wel niet bedoelen.

Standard:

Antique
Vintage and modern. The Les Paul Classic Antique offers the best of both worlds. The Les Paul Classic Antique consists of a beautiful hand-carved AA figured maple top and mahogany back, with vintage, antique top binding. Antique heeft open humbuckers (zonder kapje), STD gesloten

Dat schijnt een standard antique te zijn..Wel raar want gaat tegen beide dingen in die hier gezegd zijn. Ook nog eens dat ie met een jaren 50 neck is, hierboven wordt alleen over de 60 gesproken.

Maar als dat de enige verschillen zijn, ach...wel raar want Slash speelt op een Standard, zonder kapjes over de pickups (wat volgens jou dus bij de antique is) Maar das misschien omdat dat andere pickups zijn dan die er standaard opzitten.
